If you are unsatisfied with our product, we offer returns and refunds for unopened products within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. The customer is responsible for all shipping. Once a product is opened, it will be no longer accepted for return (exceptions are made for damages during shipping).
Orders may be sent back to BioNorth Solutions, located at 76 Twin City Crossroad, Rosslyn, Ontario P7K 0C6. Once your order is inspected and approved for refund, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
